Or we just have more NFL quality players coming out of Arizona nowadays and some just happened to become available at the same time.

Correct it could be coincidental but I have to think the organization is very aware of what last year did to their fan base

I'm wondering what other prospects you are referring to?

Harry is a legitimately good WR who played with horrible QB play (Manny Wilkins). He needs to learn to run routes though, he's pretty bad right now and has always just relied on beating his opponents on 50/50 ball.

One of the things I think you look for in any good player is whether they have one trait that is a dominant trait. Mike Floyd didn't have a real dominant trait in college and that was his undoing in the pros. Harry plays like a power forward in jump ball situations, much like Fitzgerald did earlier in his career. He's also dynamic with the ball in his hands as evidenced by his multiple long plays over the past few years.

I'm pretty bullish on Harry, and I think drafting him is a good move since he's an Arizona native and is really good friends with Christian Kirk.
Christian Kirk is the first guy that comes to mind. And I seem to recall a couple of recent UDFA's and FA's whose names escape me.

No big deal - I'm just wondering if it's an emerging pattern that reflects managements' update in attitude toward "filling seats." (Or not).

getting quality players that translate to wins are the only way to fill seats. Having Kirk and Harry would be awesome but provides no incentive to go to the game unless the on field product is good.

I think what Jeff has noticed is an overall interest, hence the vet signing of Suggs, Reed and Hundley who all have Arizona ties, along with Kirk and now Harry getting interest... which makes me curious to confirm this even more if they just might take a flyer on DT Wren late in the draft
Thanks, Jet: You nailed it better than I could.

Wrapped up an interview for RapSheet + Friends with potential 1st-round WR N’Keal Harry. He shared that his family officially received Visas to come to the US last week & they arrive in Phoenix tomorrow. Just the 4th time he’ll see his family since he left St. Vincent at age 4.

I am not excited about Harry. He just looks to slow to ever be a number one, and I doubt he is a good fit in Kliff's offense.

I like Marquis Brown, AJ Brown, Deebo, Hakeem Butler and Parris Campbell better.

Agree. We need that burner to blow the lid off defenses. Give me Hollywood.

Hollywood will be gone unless we trade down and obtain additional picks. Can somebody give me an unbiased opinion of how Harry compares to A.j. Brown?

Let's draft Murray number 1 and have an all midgets team..

:barf:
Sign me up. I'll take that midget with his speed, accuracy and a rocket arm over a slower footed, inaccurate, weaker framed giant any day... :D

Burner guys are a dime a dozen though. Late round flyers whose sole purpose is to draw defenders deep. They aren't the primary option.
Big strong receivers are the X's and Y's these days. Your slot guy and your 4th guy are your sprinters.
