With 375 points scored and giving up 325, we garnered 10 wins in '09. Do you think we can maintain that "O" output with AD at the helm?
I think we score more points with DA than we would have with Leinart.

We can't know that, and KW is the standard. We won ten games in "09 with 375 scored and 325 against. Can we reach a comparable ratio?
Who cares? #7 isn't on this team any more. Why are you living in the past? Is it going to be the case that people who though that #7 needed more of a look when the bullets were live are going to get cudgeled over the head with that instead of talking about the players on the field?
The fact of the matter is that DA is the starting quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals for as long as it lasts. It seems only fair to answer his question: do you think that Derek Anderson can equal the points output of Kurt Warner in 2009, or that the defense can reduce opposition scoring by a field goal a game or more?
No way and no way.8-10 at best. That stinks.I could live with a season like that IF the team is playing youngsters and other players are showing improvement.AND the DEFENSE PLAYS THE WHOLE GAME .
That's an interesting point. We have an unusual mix of "youngsters" and veterans this season. Does Calais Campbell count as a youngster? Gabe Watson? I think Will Davis will see more action this year. Does DRC still count? Greg Toler? Brandon Keith does, but what about Levi Brown now at left tackle? Beanie Wells? Tim Hightower?

No and yes.
Even Ron Wolfley has the 49ers winning. This is a lost year, we don't have a QB.
Because we still love the team...but I cannot sit here and pretend like many that we have a shot with DA as a full time starter. I hope to god I get to eat major Crow, but DA is a joke IMO.I don't know why some of you like LIAC will even bother to watch games this year?

I do!
I like their chances!
Unless I'm mistaken, the Cardinals are still the NFC Western Division Champions!
There are a whole lot of players and coaches on this team that take pride in that fact.
They are not going to roll over!
The NFC West Championship is in Arizona and any other team that wants it has to come here and take it away!
Some perspective from the 2009 season:
Cardinals
10-6 record 375 PF 325 PA Net pts. 50
49ers
8-8 record 330 PF 281 PA Net pts. 49
Broncos
8-8 record 326 PF 324 PA Net pts. 2
Panthers
8-8 record 315 PF 324 PA Net pts. 7
Bengals
10-6 record 305 PF 291 PA Net pts. 14
Titans
8-8 record 354 PF 402 PA Net pts. -48
Titans scored 3 pts. per game avg. less than their opponents, yet managed to win 8 games!
To be fair they lost 59-0. Take that game out and it looks a lot better. The week before they lost 31-9.
