Deone was a solid LB who got caught up in a scheme change. Parker has been getting worse every year he's been in the league, playing with two different QBs, and has only appeared in one game this season.
Parker and a fourth?

For a 25 year old WR with solid athletic skills and has only struggled on one team yes. He may turn out to be Corey Coleman, but I would prefer to take a look if it only costs me Deone Bucannon and a bit of scratch. That being said, maybe I am undervaluing what type of draft pick we can get back for Deone.
Adam Gase is flushing the Dolphins and seems to get rid of attitude guys.

"Parker has been an injury-riddled underachiever to this point in his career, so it makes perfect sense for the Dolphins to see what they can get. Unfortunately, not a whole lot is almost certainly the answer, especially considering Parker is owed $9.387 million next season after the Dolphins picked up his fifth-year option in April. Parker has played one game so far this season."

No of it is a straight up trade.

For Parker and at least a 5th comp. pick, yes you can do it.

I said the same thing. Nobody is going to give anything for a rental.
If he fits their system he might just stay...they also get his rights so if he leaves and signs a decent contract they would get a comp pick back

That would be stealing, Chopper, and I would do it in a heartbeat. I think Parker has shown in the few chances he’s got that he has some talent, and I think that would easily be preferable over Bucannon who is obviously completely out of the picture at this point. Now, I highly doubt that the Dolphins would do it. They have just placed their best wide receiver, Albert Wilson, on IR, and their #2 and #3 (Danny Amendola and Kenny Stills) are also nursing injuries. Stills did not suit up for their TNF against the Texans. The snap count-numbers from that game has not been made available when I write this, but Parker played a lot and led the team in receptions with six and receiving yards with 134. I think he will be a much bigger part of their offense going forward this season, and thus I think it would take a lot more than Bucannon for them to let him go.

Of course, Bucannon will go somewhere else, be put back to safety, and turn into an all pro.

I like Buc, but I don't know about that

maybe its because of the weight he has put on to play the LB position, but he seems a bit stiff in coverage

I could see a Seattle kinda system where he is an in-the-box SS playing lots of zone, combined with a FS who plays lots of deep middle coverage.

It's just what happens to players once they leave here. Leonard Davis became an all pro guard, Thomas Jones became a premier back to name a couple.
