We do. Parker (1) is butt and (2) has a $9M injury guarantee for 2019.

Uhm, I guess so. But it doesn't really excite me.

Buccanon is leaving as a FA anyway, but I seriously doubt Parker is a starting receiver at this point.

Parker is 25. 6'3 209lbs. I understand there is risk, but is 9 mil worth getting Rosen a legitimate outside WR for a guy who we are looking to get rid of.
It if he’s already revealed himself to be butt for three and a half seasons. Greg little is a lock.

Yes for two reasons. I think Fitz retires after this season and two we need receivers badly. He has the talent to be a great wideout. More than any receiver we have not named Fitz. Yes it would be a gamble but looking at our receiving corps who cares. We are desperate and it’s not like we are using Bucannon anyway.

Buc is a man without a home in this new defense. The Cards need to trade him to save on his remaining $6M cap hit this year. The Cards just need to move him. Getting anything for him would be a bonus.

Is a lateral move better than no move?
For a 25 year old WR with solid athletic skills and has only struggled on one team yes. He may turn out to be Corey Coleman, but I would prefer to take a look if it only costs me Deone Bucannon and a bit of scratch. That being said, maybe I am undervaluing what type of draft pick we can get back for Deone.

Deone was a solid LB who got caught up in a scheme change. Parker has been getting worse every year he's been in the league, playing with two different QBs, and has only appeared in one game this season.
