A good way to turn the page from recent disappointments for Duke and North Carolina is to play each other. The longtime rivals meet Saturday night in Chapel Hill, N.C., with an emphasis on bolstering their NCAA Tournament credentials because there's not much at stake in terms of high seeds for the Atlantic Coast Conference tournament.
