You ever party with Mulli?

Unfortunately not. I posted merely based upon rumors I've read in The National Enquirer along with a few discussions with some Chicago area hookers I know.

But c'mon, the guy is a LEMMINGS for goodness sakes! How could he not be fun to party with?

:)

He hasn't done squat without Warner, have we even won more than two games without him?
I love Whiz too most of the time but a lot of the crap he's doing lately is not wearing well.

The wheels can fly off the bus fast in Cardinal land, it's a fine line between being competitive and just being a jerk.

I like coaches who have some loyalty in them, it's fine to be mean and tough and all that but you have to have your players back some, Whiz enjoys torturing players a lot, I'm only so much of a fan of that.

True they need that sometimes and it works better with some players than it does with others, but that should not be the only tool in the tool box and when a guy like that takes it just a bit too far for his talent level later on in his tenure with a team things can get out of hand quickly, we'll see.

The whole Matt situation is not just Whiz's fault, if we've disliked him that much, if the coaches have that low an opinion of him what the heck is the FO doing?

Is this some kind of coaches vs the FO squabble where they were told to ride with Matt and they're just torturing him to prove a point?

What?

Either he stinks or he should play, one or the freaking other, to be doing this in year four of his tenure is stupid beyond belief.

You could argue the same for Mike Shannahan. Whis is learning how to be a head coach and run a team without having a strong front office voice to keep him in check. To be honest, I am surprised that he has done as well as he has. He also took over a transitioning roster, and managed to keep it competitive. Antonio Smith, Antrell Rolle, Karlos Dansby, Anquan Boldin and Calvin Pace never had futures in AZ. Dansby was burned way before Whis got the job, as was Boldin. Our front office has dropped the ball, and Whis, since his contract restructure, has had a part in that. But we seem to have a vision of what we want to be, and hopefully will develop some continuity so that we can get there,

Biggest Issues with Whis.

Really complex offensive system that he doesn't adjust to his added players.

Adding inexperienced offensive and defensive coordinators at the same time.

Inconsistency in defensive scheme and vision. Compromised on Davis when he shouldn't have.

Development of Leinart.

Pretty tough on younger players, and a preference toward less talented veterans. (John Fox does this as well.)

You say that Whiz road the coattails of the players he didn't bring in. You are contradicting yourself.

Wow, Just Wow. Your two sentences are like saying that grass is green, but you like little red wheels better.

Funny, reading back on this thread how most have done a 180 on Wiz & put the full blame on him in most threads.

I still say a HC is only as good as the talent on the field. Wiz deserves his fair share to blame but so does the human snail, ownership, the rest of the coaches, scouts & the players!!!
