There has rarely been a draft when trading down was so appealing. Teams like Houston & Pittsburgh could trade a first & second for the Cards’ first pick. This is truly a 3 round deep draft. Amazingly both lines the CB pool are extremely deep. Early picks will be impact picks. The only hole is at DT, but DEs will be available until mid-second round. Good inside O-linemen will last into round 3. The Cards can solidify several positions with this draft. The biggest concern is will other teams above the Cards move down first to bank picks.

Houston has 2 first round picks and will likely have the #1 overall I can’t see them trading back up in to the top 5. I would not be surprised if the Cardinals are sitting with the #3 pick when the season ends—Rams, Broncos and Saints all could win games. leaving the order Texans, Bears, Cardinals— might as well stay put and not screw around.
