I thought Gabbert was overrated, way too hyped up in the last few months, doesn't have the stats of a top 5 or 10 QB imo.

Locker, I'm a fan, but I'm shocked at so high a pick. Tells' Vince Young to lok at packing his bags.

I wonder if Mallet would fall to us in the 2nd?

I don't think there's any question... But if we don't take a pass rushing lb in the second I'll put my foot through the tv. There will be a good one there, and mallet could fall into the third.

Gabbart to Washington. They simply can't pass him up. Unless they take Ingram because they're weak at RB as well so if Washington doesn't take Gabbart, Minnesota certainly will.

Ingram to the Dolphins at the earliest IMHO.

We need teams to panic, overdraft QBs, start a run, start teams trading up in the first to get QBs...then all those other players will fall, fall, fall :)

If Minny doesn't take him, Miami certainly. As for Mallet and Ponder, the rest of the teams after Miami don't need a QB or even a backup.

Id say 3 normally but now gotta sneaky feeling someone gonna take Ponder or Mallet late in the 1st.

I agree. Plus Jason La Confora said the Dalton would go as high as #8. :D

I'm more wired in then him but Dalton may go late in rd1.

And screw it...I'm glad we didn't make that trade.

We would have sacrificed probably the best, or one of the 3 best, players in the draft to get a much lesser talented player, a 2nd rounder (basically, as Atlanta will do well next year), and a 2nd and a 4th next year. I would have loved all those extra picks, but you don't give up players like PP to trade back to 27.
