Bucs and Cards had the best offseason this year. Bucs a little bit better in the short term accomplishment. Getting Brady, Gronk and a LT in the draft, is really a good start in the new season.

I'd say Jeudy because we're stronger in the middle now. Lamb would be a problem on the outside.

I never said either were. All I said is they take speed over talent. Ruggs IMO is the 3rd best WR in this draft but has speed for days. Just like Heyward-bey.
