Been pouring for almost two hours in South Scottsdale.

Water from my neighbor's roof is draining onto my patio (townhome complex) and totally flooding it. I have almost an inch of water in that area. He's resonsible for fixing the roof so it doesn't leak on my property, right?

Nice downpours at Gilbert and the 60. Most of it happened though while I was getting my haircut and a massage.
Interesting. I live at Gilbert & the 60, and was just about to say we didn't get much at all. Took the kids to school at McClintock & Southern--tons of puddles in the parking lot, etc. Everything at my house is bone dry.

I think I live in the Vortex, part 2.

Small world. Yeah it was still hit and miss but my complex had plenty of puddles when I came back. Nothing there this morning but there were plenty when I went to bed.

Was in a Holy Crap of a Monsoon storm just outside of Bedrock City on 64 coming out of the Grand Canyon on the 18th. Have never in my life seen rain come down like that. Constant thunder. Continuous lightning. Visibility was maybe 15 feet. Maybe. Traffic (mostly out-of-state plates, whoopie) came to a total halt for a while then we all kind of crept along for 20 minutes. Lots of religious conversions among my fellow travellers. ;)

E-Ticket to the 10th.
