It's too warm and it's all Nevada's fault. They've got some kind of device just north of Las Vegas that's holding on to a high pressure system. It's also causing the Santa Ana winds that blowing fire across So Cal. Dr. Evil must live in Vegas.

My two most hated words: La Nina.

Our weather patterns are so mucked up right now, Atlanta has drained their lake and they will be out of water in 6 mos. Not kidding. In some parts in the south it's the worst drought in 500 years.

I'm going to do a little something for all the weather geeks here. I got Jerrid Sebesta to do a little web story on the handheld weather station he's using at the wildfire site. Hopefully we can tell you where to buy one and how much they cost.

Azcentral.com says its 56 degrees in Phoenix.. That means it has to be 50 or a little bit lower out here in El Mirage..

Feels like it too.. SON OF A .......................

It was a nice 24 degrees this morning in Prescott Valley. While I was in Phoenix this week everyone was oh this is cold and i am wearing shorts and a t-shirt because it has been that cool up here for a while. I am still waiting for any sorta snow lol.

"Cold" is so relative. My wife, from frigid Nor Cal, has officially adjusted. She's outside dressed for Alaska. I'm walking around in t-shirts, shorts, and flip flops. I turned the air off and opened the windows. I'm hot. I was hot at 11 pm last night.
