I think you'll still get something...still stuff from the NE coming down...
It's very weird what I am seeing from my house.
A lot of lightning but a see no strikes just flashes because of the cloud cover.
Almost like a lot of strobe lights on a random chase.

Yeah, I haven't seen a ton of strikes either or a ton of very loud thunders, a couple of good ones, but for that cell that passed over, it's just constant flashes and rumblings...
Good rain, but not the amazing downpour I was expecting. I'll give a rainfall report later, I don't think it's over yet.
Its about to open up over here it seems..

I dunno, it looks like it's building north a bit more now, and will cover the entire town.
In fact, I now see even more stuff building up to the northeast AGAIN.

Thank you, Julio. You were a shortlived tropical storm, but i loved you.
It's been pouring here for some time now with heavy winds, lightning strikes, and thunder. I keep expecting the power to go out because the lights have flickered more than once.

I just went to put my truck in the carport, and I gotta tell you -- looking from the north, Phoenix is getting just about the most amazing lightning storm I can ever remember seeing. It is huge, non-stop, and the whole sky.

Guys, there's a tornado vortex signature crossing Phoenix on my wunderground.com Nexrad map. Actually crossing south Phx from Mesa-Chandler.
It's been pouring here for some time now with heavy winds, lightning strikes, and thunder. I keep expecting the power to go out because the lights have flickered more than once.
The 'took is getting pounded - like a mini-hurricane. Electricity is flickering and the dog is very scared. Not just rain but nasty windy rain with thunder and lightening as a bonus.
I am now getting the storm of the season, hands down. It came with a fury too.
It's not a dog in the bathtub storm yet but it is close.
This is good, good stuff!

Went to borders - storm hit as I was getting off freeway at Queen Creek. Tumbleweeds blowing, rain going sideways, hail, driving wind. Slow going.
Non-stop thunder and lightening for like 3 hours now.

Just took me 45 min to drive 7 miles on the 101.....this is just rediculous and it looks like more is building to the east. Great storm night.....and it looks like this weekend is going to be great as well.
