We got nothing in Anthem, but a ridiculous light show from about 8:00P-Midnight.

It was great. The walls were actually shaking in my house from the thunder. I don't think we got as much rain as some of you guys did, but the lightning was amazing. I opened up the blinds in the bedroom so I could see out.

I slept through all of it, but it must have hit Goodyear pretty hard. My neighbor's trampoline is in my other neighbor's tree.

The storm short circuited the smoke alarm in my complex. That was not a nice wake up call early this morning.

Amazing storm... The hail was incredible. At about midnight, it sounded like someone had opened up a cannon loaded with rocks and marbles on our house!!

HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WITH FLASH
FLOODING...STRONG WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH...MODERATE HAIL AND
DEADLY CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING. IN ADDITION TO THE SCATTERED
THUNDERSTORMS THIS WEEKEND...SOMEWHAT COOLER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED
AS HIGHS BOTH DAYS ARE FORECAST TO DROP BELOW SEASONAL NORMALS.

As long as the tailgate goes smooth, I'm good.

I am sitting on my front porch and due north is a great lightning storm.
What's up with north PHX folks?

noise, bright lights, brief bout of wild wind, splatter of rain, and it seems to be sliding on by. Dogs got a tad restless, but no chows in my lap.

Got hit hard again last night - started at about midnight agian - just like the night before... And it sounded much like the night before - the Thunder just never stopped!

Only last for about a half hour though... Hard downpours. Tons of lightening and non-stop thunder... Not too shabby...

Nothing so far tonight, but here is a pic I took from the roof of my parking garage in South Scottsdale last night.
