It will get close to 90 in areas of the Valley today. Is anyone going to brave it and not turn no their AC? It should be back into the 70's by Friday

We're trying to avoid it, but the house got to 81 this weekend...I'm not sure how much more I can take.

Yeah, our master bedroom is on the corner of the house and gets the most sun and it was an oven yesterday. I nearly bit the bullet but by the time the sun went down it was all good. I did hear my neighbor's click on yesterday though... wusses!

Yeah, my bedroom faces west & since I sleep during the day, if it gets hot in there, the AC is going on.

You are all crazy, we've had the AC on for over a month now :)

The house doesn't go above 73 in the winter in our house :)

Got about 6-8 inches of snow on Tuesday, expecting up to 14 inches of snow this weekend. Of course this weekend's storm to be led in with rain and doubled with 50 mph wind gust with the wind at a constant of 35 mph.

So I haven't used my AC in 7 months at least.

It just started raining here.
I hope we get a good soaking. This may very well be the last chance until the monsoon kicks in.

8/10 so far this storm...looks like it's slowing down now, but another wave is curling on down towards Chandler...

You know, I didn't think it felt like that much rain...and if I look at the rain gauges all around me on Wunderground.com, it would appear mine is broken or something.

No one else has much over a quarter of an inch...

Interestingly enough, my old plastic rain gauge shows .24 inches for the night...

Ugh...so bummed about my weather equipment. When it gets really windy, the rain gauge will register rain...and now it's just plain off its rocker...

Suckfest.

It has been raining at my house all night and day - pool is filling up - sure looks like a whole lot more than 1/4 inch.
