No, not phoney. They just don't always list the exact seat # or whether you are getting a parking pass. If it doesn't say so, it probably isn't there.

btw, I need to buy 2 for that game as well. I had posted here earlier asking if anyone wanted to sell theirs but I got no response. I'll probably use stubhub too.

Many times when you buy them from the brokers and they don't have seats or rows... they don't even have them. But they will then go buy those seats or better to send you.

It is mandated by Arizona state law that whomever shows up to the game with that seat ticket has to pay the beer tab for the entire 135 section.
