I'm lukewarm on Gamble. I din't want the Cards to take him so I'm glad he is gone. Needs a lot of work.

I don't really think he was an option after reading that article this week about not wanting anymore "projects".

Why does everyone expect the bengals to go rb. They have one of the best in rudi johnson!!!

I agreed with you and was surprised they went RB in round 1. I would have expected them to go a different direction.

G

GB made a terrible reach. All Carroll has is speed, no hustle no production no technique.

CIN blew it: first Palmer then O Neil now Perry. DUMB MOVES ALL this team is asking to be lousy again despite a good coach.

CAR gambled on Gamble. He has potential, but that is often not enough in the NFL.

CARDS want a starter @33!

How can you call drafting Palmer a dumb move? He was the top rated QB last year and they are grooming him the right way. I think you have to give them the benefit of the doubt with that one.

Sheesh...ANOTHER trade.

ATL takes Mike Jenkins

With KC on the clock, the Cards will have a shot at one of the following:

Dansby, OLB Auburn
Starks, DT Maryland
Troupe, TE Fla
Jones, RB Va Tech
Strait, CB Okla
Colclough, CB, Tusculum
Poole, CB USC

Another WR good thing Cards grabbed Fitz when they did.

I think a lot of this trading is due to the example set by NE and their success with these kinds of moves.

IMO Palmer was a bad choice I think he was overrated. I like Leftwich if you were going to take a QB. And I think kicking Kitna to the curb because of Palmer is silly. From what I heard the CIN players aren't too high on this move either. We'll see who's right.

Detroit just traded with KC. Who wants to bet they take K. Jones to go with Charles Rogers and Roy Williams?

I agree, it makes a ton of sense.

Starks is a UT the Cards have W Bryant. Do they dare take Starks?

Troupe is so tempting. But they have a TE.

I am not a Dansby fan but D Smith could be had.

As for the 3 CBs which one has the best chance to make it in the NFL?

Their biggest need is 2 GAP DT taking one there though is a reach imo.

Damn Lions K Jones almost made it to #33. :( I hate KC!

Damn that offense will be a track meet.

You're right, at least half their games are indoors. Their games will be interesting at least.

Not me, I don't like KJ at all. Consider this, everyone says he's a smaller, shifty back as opposed to the power backs that are in the draft. He's listed at 227, that's bigger than Perry and is the size that Jackson played at in college. Jones just doesn't play as physical as he should for his size and will not be succesfull in the NFL.
