I used the Gmail app and that's what I set up for my employee on his phone. I think I already mentioned that I listed my business email as his recovery acct. I still have no clue as to why the alert came to the recovery account.
Maybe it will dawn on me what happened but for now I haven't seen anything fishy anywhere. Thanks for your help.
