I assume it happens at the 12:30 presser. Keim is lucky to be spared

I think Wilks will know when he addresses the players at 11:00. It will probably be to thank them and say goodbye. It's sad because Wilks is a good person but failed at being a HC.

He is being treated very well considering what he did to the franchise. He made the Cardinals a laughing stock. First number one overall pick since the 1950s. Michael Bidwill has been classy and generous. Keim needs to be on alert

I don’t think anyone’s laughing at us. When the NFL thinks of us at all, they likely think that we’re a tragedy.

The franchise turned the corner after the Super Bowl near victory and multiple playoff appearances. This season made us look like the Bill Bidwill Cardinals: a Mickey Mouse franchise run by a buffoon. Keim lucky to survive this embarrassment

I think tragedy is for the 49ers, who went from Harbaugh to ******* to Chip Kelly, and lost their roster along the way. That is two one and done coaching changes.

I place far more blame on Keim and Mike B than I do on Wilks. Wilks simply attempted to do what coaches do - install their staff and their schemes. Why Keim and Mike B thought bringing in a guy who would destroy a top 10 defense by shifting to a 4-3 when our 3-4 concept was so consistently good is beyond me... And then add in Keim’s dereliction of duty, highlighted by signing Bradford, a putrid oline and barely any depth across the team... well, I really believe it’s Keim that should held accountable. But I get that the head coach always takes the first bullet.

Wilks informs his staff he will not be the Arizona Cardinals HC going forward per 98.7!!!

Hallelujah :band::clapping:

If this is in fact accurate reporting by 98.7 then what does this tell you about Keim and Bidwill on how they handle things? I would like to think nothing should have been known until the formal announcement.

Can’t even get fired correctly
Michael had Keim do the dirty work.

Or maybe that means Keim hired Wilks? Or maybe Michael made the hire & couldn’t face him because of his major blunder?

Oh who the hell cares Steve Wilks is out that’s all that matters lol

Hope we keep the special teams coach Jeff Rogers. It looked like Wilks finally let him coach yesterday.

Schefter says this isn't true, yet...called members of staff who say this meeting hasn't happened. FWIW...

Well others including Az media are reporting its true.

Bottom line he’s gone & that’s all that matters

This is a mess. Do it right Mr. Bidwill. Talk to Wilks and tell your decision.
