Paid in full. I know there isn't any realistic possibility but nevertheless.

I remember in 93 when we within dreaming range of the playoffs, if you played along and sent the money they actually sent you the Wildcard and Division tickets. They were very cool looking, white and glossy and important looking. I swore I was going to save mine forever, but of course I left them on top of the fridge and some sticky stuff got spilled and ruined them. Kind of a fools dream to print those tickets up but I wish they still did it. I'd hold them in my hands a dream away.

?????

meaning on the 10th? Or next year?

Meaning, when the day arrives and if at that point we are alive for playoffs. I will pay.

So basically need to see what happens this weekend

Well, the deadline for buying my playoff tickets is today....I called to pay up...

Me: I know the Cards have a snowballs chance in Bullhead City of making the playoffs, but I want to buy my playoff tickets today anyway.

Sweet voice at the Cards office said: "You realize that if the Cards go to the playoffs there won't be any home playoff games, don't you?"

Me: Uh, no I hadn't realized that, Duh, thank you anyway.

I almost paid anyway so next renewal wouldn't look as ominous. I think the last 'hags game made me dumber.

Me too. Felt stupid but grateful. Kept my money and hope to watch us on TV in a playoff game somewhere this January.

Don't know why but I went online and paid during the Seahawks game. Reasoned it would just make the bill a liitle smaller next season and I actually had money left over after Christmas shopping.

But really it was about trying to make them feel better. A way of saying "sure you just stunk up the place and humiliated yourself but we are still there for you buddy" :)
