I think Matt might respond better than most think knowing he doesn't have to look over his shoulder & see #13, thats quite a load removed. He's got 1 year to prove his worth to the Cards.

You know Whisenhunt is probably already throwing some things out of his playbook and adding other things to tailor the playbook to Matt. I am sure the running game will take on more significance and there will be more play action passing than we've seen in years. The 2010 offense will probably look a lot different than the 2009 offense--more 2 TE sets, more power I, less 3 & 4 WR sets.

Whisenhunt will do his best to set Leinart up to succeed, if he fails it will all be on him. I have faith in him to get the job done.

I hope you are right. Something needs to force Whiz to run more of those 2 TE sets, we are almost unstoppable in that formation.

I think you nailed it here. We have to really get a running game going in order for Matt to be successful. Look at SC he had a great running game which is what mad the passing effective.

He will feel immense pressure with BSP breathing down his neck.

This is what we have to hang our hat on going into next season. Whisenhunt won't try and make Lienart into Kurt Warner. I think this means that Whisenhunt finally gets to run the offense that he has wanted to run since taking over this team. Fortunetly we have a coach that is able to adapt!

I also have faith in Matty. I thought he had some decent games when he was first drafted. He did have a terrible preseason before the 2008 season. I believe he will have learned alot playing behind and watching Kurt.

Its not just Matt, but EVERYBODY needs to step it up next season, and I'm speaking at the defense mostly, all across the board.

As for the offense, running backs are going to be called on more, so Beanie and Timmy need to realize that they are going to be a more integral part of the team. The O-line also needs to run block a little better. Wide outs need to adjust to the different techniques and cadences from Leinart. Coaches need to spend more time grooming rather than maintaining.

Bottom line: everyone is going to have to work a little bit harder.

I have faith in Leinart that he will be a decent qb for us not great, but good enough to get the job done and have a shot at the division next season. But man it's going to be so weaird watching the Cardinals and not seeing kurt on the sidelines at all... But I have to say after watching Leinart vs the rams and bears i'm not having to much confidence. But hey I hope he does well

I'm behind the Cardinals starting QB 100%, but there's always the backup if things don't work out. Will it be BSP or will the Cardinals go out and find another option?
