4) Increase attendance with improved product (maybe next year or later)

Or 2008.

We still have the future Cav's Pick to deal with. With the money we saved can easly move White or Howard with Cash and not a draft pick that would cost a team more. Teams just can't build a team though the draft anymore. Fee Agents are the only way to get your team to get better. Only 2-5 players out of the draft will be good enough to change the win/lose total of a team.

Are we sure we still have that Cavs pick? Nobody is mentioning that pick at all, not the team, not the media, nobody. I guess they're just assuming that we aren't going to get it. What happens if we DO get it this season? It's still very possible, the Cavs are only like 2 1/2 games back from the 8th seed...

We might have moved it to Utah or maybe the pick we gave Utah will be only the year we get the Cav's pick. From what I hear the second pick is conditional and until 2010. But I have not sean anyting offical.

We gave them 2 first rounders, the way it looks right now, it would be both the Knick picks we received in the Marbury trade. It's definitely the 2nd pick we received (top 23 protected until 2010), but the question is IF we get the Cavs pick, and it is worse than the Knicks pick, is that pick eligible to be the one included in this deal.

I would say yes becouse it states that Phoenix would give Utah the lesser of our draft picks in 2005. So if the Cavs make the playoffs and the Knicks doen't or if they both do and the Cavs get #8 spot. The Suns would only have to give the them the last pick Phoenix has in round one.

That seems to be an entirely possible scenario, but nobody has even mentioned it--which is a little strange.

I didn't mean here, I meant the team or the media.

Didn't you read my earlier posts on this thread? :D
