Why is Edgar Gonzalez still in the rotation?
I said it when he came up and I'll say it again. A belt high 90 MPH fastball with no movement isn't going to make it at the major league level.

Dunno... There are some innings where he looks great - then bam he loses it becomes a home run derby....

Yeah, this guy isn't looking to great, but might as well keep in him the rotation. No point of taking him out, might as well let him get used to pitching at the major league level. Maybe he could learn a new pitch...

Read in the newspaper that Gosling will take his next turn in the rotation.

Gonzalez looked real good last year in a couple of starts, I still think he has ability. He started off just awful this year, but for the most part lately he's been alright. He's had games where he probably deserved a win and didn't get one. They should keep him in the rotation, see if he can keep improving.

Guys, you are missing the point!

Gonzalez is the replacement for Dessens!

Now do you get the picture?

Gonzalez looks great one game and looks horrible the next, but let's give the guy a break, he is only 21.

I would like to see Mike Gosling get a few starts before the season is over.

OK, here is another question - what the heck is Zinter doing batting fourth? Just because he's replacing the ailing Hillenbrand doesn't mean he gets to keep that spot in the order! AlP is so clueless.

He was a very very late addition as Baerga was supposed to start, batting fourth. Maybe it was too late to juggle the entire order. Not that it matters, as this team doesnt have anybody healthy that can do the 4th spot justice anyways.

Edit: Actually, he's batting 4th again today. You are right, this doesnt make a lot of sense.
