Today, Solly Wilcots interviewed Rod Graves on SIRIUS.

I had to scoot out of the car before the interview had been completed. Any possibility of getting an audio clip of the interview?

(The main point stressed by RG was the common characteristic of all our draft points - high character guys with a passion for the game who are likely to play with a chip on their shoulders and had something to -prove because they were too small, too slow or felt they should have been drafted or rated higher).

High character is certainly important but way behind being a good football player. Players are often criticized for not being mean enough or having a mean streak. Does that go hand in hand with good character? All teams are going to have some bad boys or they will likely not be very good. You do not want them in jail or disrupting the locker room however.
