I wish we could draft this USC freshman QB right now. What an awesome game, with some awesome throws under complete pressure from the Penn St rushers and the clock ticking away. If SC can get a D next year or two, they will be tough to beat.

Also, I wouldn't mind having the USC WR to take Fitz's place. In fact, why not go get both of them. We could become the Arizona Trojards.

Would like to stay away from skill players who come from USC.

You didnt see him. Guy is the best QB prospect since Luck (if not better IMO)

I watched the whole game & he stepped it up in the 4th, but there's just something about USC CBs/WRs/QBs(for the most part) that just falls flat on their face once they hit the league.

He could regress so I'm not willing to give him that "best QB since Luck" template yet.

Sure, he's got more work to do, but last night was the type of 4th quarter/game the vast majority of QBs can only dream of.

What really impressed me as much as his play was his demeanor. A true Joe Cool. They would show him on the sidelines and he wasn't even sweating. it was like he was playing down at the park or something.

Most QBs fall flat on their face once the hit the NFL. We are lucky to get one or two QBs a year who can last in the NFL. Just happens that USC provides more QBs into the mix than most any other school because they play more of a pro style offense.

Thats as valid as saying "He was born on a Tuesday, major red flag"

Was impressed by him but I am far from an expert so will leave the evaluating to the FO and coaching staff

He'll follow in the footsteps of other great Cardinal QB's from USC like Carson Palmer, Matt Leinart and Matt Barkley.

Don't let 1 game influence decision making!

The guys played like 6 games & he's already the savior? I'm not falling for the bait until I've seen more work! Jeez

Sad but I still remember watching Ryan Leaf and saying much the same. Ah, a Texas QB others spouted the same. Yes I saw one amazing QB performance not unlike the one from a Ohio st QB a few years back. The point is, I only will remember Ryan leaf as he is the one who taught me a lesson about eye candy.

I enjoyed his post game interview, as well. He tried to deflect the attention away from himself for the most part, even though the interviewer kept trying to get him to brag himself up. At least that is the way I remember hearing it.
