Plus a half-track truck that apparantly comes in handy for a certain mega-organized crime scenario.

Yes, buy up booze and try to sell it. This helps you rank up too.

Run from baltimore to NY and buy amaretto in baltimore and whiskey in NY and unload them in the opposite cities. Travelling also heals you.

Do a heist with someone too and that helps increase.
