Find people on the Omerta forum (under communication) and find someone on the race forum that is asking in NY and message them in the game.

You will likely beat every car but one out there, the W25 Avus Streamliner (fastest car in the game).

but it had 19% damage when i stole it, now it has 39%. does the damage affect the race? also, since i suck at stealing cars, it's my only one. will i be ruining it?

I've done both explosives expert and weapons expert on OCs thus far successfully. I'm guessing Jason has a higher KillSkill that I (mine's only 2.5%) and he's Associate and I'm only halfway there, so he should lead.

We need a good car, in fixed condition too.

I'd like to have a bit better car than that, but if we can't get a better one by OC time I can drive that one for us.

If you have a lot of cash you can fix it.

You'll start stealing cars more as you level up. I steal a ton of W25s and such.

Yeah, the thing is they all like to be chatting in the same window so there is no hesitation when the invite is sent, accepted and OC takes place. They can kind of freak out if you hesitate a second.
