come on, Webb, help your own cause.

edit: dammit. I hate leaving the bases loaded, but I can handle it if it's the pitcher. Not his job to bring 'em in.

I think so, I like the red hat, but I always liked the black hat with the red "A" more. Just me though.
There's something about the black snake on the red hat that just makes it more attractive to me. I like the black one though. I was thinking they would wear the black hats on the road and the red ones at home but I guess the black just goes with the black alternate jersey.

I read somewhere that we're wearing the Black Alt uni on Sundays or Saturdays. Can't remember if it was at home, the road or both.
Ah I see. That sounds cool, I hope they wear both alternates at home and on the road.

Pretty impressive how active the gameday threads are here. Is it always this active or is it just because it's opening day?

The other forum I go to (not just a Arizona forum but its a forum for all teams in all pro sports) the D-Backs forum is a ghost town, no one creates gameday threads and no one would post in them even if they did, so it's nice to know that all of you guys are here and active that way I'm not talking to myself :)

I've never posted in a game day thread before, but I work from home, so I can easily catch the televised games, pretend to work, and post away! :)

lol that's nice. I'm trying to get a home-based business started up. I hope I can get it to work because working at home seems nice. You still gotta get stuff done but it just makes it so much more convienient and you can pretty much set your own hours and there's no commute making your work day even longer.

So far my favorite unis are their black alt unis and the one's now, with Arizona written across the front. I wish they'ed wear the black one's more, but meh. It all looks good to me.

I think it is, but that's why they never should have given Denver a baseball team. They have to basically cheat to have a chance in games.

It definitely has its perks, but there are MANY days that I go completely stir crazy. I'm a people person, and being locked up in my house all day long is maddening sometimes.

Is this umpire's strike call annoying anyone else? It's delayed and sometimes it almost looks like he's not even really calling anything.

Ahh I see, I'm not a real big social type person so I think it suits me pretty well. I like to get out and meet with friends and stuff but I also like having my alone time too.

Gees...Byrnes almost had a great hit there. I'm going to miss Byrnes when he leaves after this season.

I'm gonna miss Byrnes when he's traded at the deadline... Long enough to see CY in center that is.

Also, another big hit for Hudson.. 3-3 for the O-Dog..

Nice double by Hudson. This team is going to be very exciting to watch this year.
