You're thinking short term. I'm an optimist I figure with a couple rebuilding years, some more high draft picks, and a new stadium they'll be all the way back up to 5 wins in 2006.

Mac, I have alot of respect for you as a person and coach. With that it pains me to tell you that I feel that the 2003 Cards draft is a absolute disaster. You bypassed on Suggs and Leftwich and pick up a Penn State wideout - who is mediocre at best - and you drafted a guy who has 29 sacks in his college CAREER! Suggs had 24 last SEASON! I am digusted and I know there are alot of fans who are also pissed. There is no way you or Graves can spin this into a positive. The only way this draft can be saved is if one of these guys becomes rookie of the year. All we have been hearing about is the PLAN - and wait until camp to judge. Well, the plan sucks and I am so pessimistic about this coming year. I believe that we will go 1-15. Yes, 1-15. With a record like that I am sure you will lose your job and that is a shame. But it is no ones fault but yours and the Cards.
