As a big picture guy, I find it intriguing that we could wind up with a Pats and Rams superbowl...could be a fitting end to the Patriot dynasty, which began in 2001 when the upstart team from New England, with their unheralded 6th round pick QB beat Kurt Warner and the greatest show on turf.

Now if we can figure out a similar poetic justice type scenario for America's oldest pro franchise...
Poetic justice for me would be to not only beat the Steelers in a super bowl, crush them. Not some last 2nd perfect throw like how they beat us. Still butthurt over that game. 99 yard return by Harrison before halftime stung. We should've scored there.

He makes more off of endorsements not to mention his wife brings home a considerable paycheck herself.

Lots of players make money that way. The bottom line...Brady wants to win more than anyone else.

Aaron Rodgers has national endorsements and is dating Danica Patrick. His salary will now prohibit the Packers from winning.

I am not taking a position...just making a point about Brady (Patriot dynasty).

The merger was already in place by the time this game was played. In fact, the merger was finalized in 1966.

Excellent catch. I’m not sure that I ever realized that the merger was agreed to that early on. Amazing that it took 4 years to coordinate the actual merger.
