I'd like to see rules enforced easily, that's all. Double standards are not cool. Consider me silly for wanting to see rules enforced under the same guidelines for every poster.

I didn't see the original post because I have the OP blocked. What exact rule did I violate?

Aldon Smith is in fact out in SF, he's not playing, he's out.

Had I said gone for good or out permanently or cut or killed in a tragic blimp accident those would all be inaccurate and grounds for a mod to change the title.

But out in SF is accurate. He is in fact out, he did in fact clear out his locker, and there is tons of rumor that he's going to miss about a month and the team is hoping he will be suspended while he's out so he misses less time. There was actually an on air debate on that last night on local tv where someone pointed out he thought it was an example of what's wrong in sports, that he believes the real reason they pushed him to do this now is they believe the NFL was close to announcing a suspension so they wanted him to be in rehab while suspended rather than say 30 days then come back and immediately get suspended.

But if that were the case I would have said out of SF permanently, not out in SF with no permanently.

But i guess I can see where someone would see out in SF and think it means he's released.
