talk about a bombshell

the doctors botching his surgery was horrific.

Maybe the best college QB I’ve ever seen live( I’m 37)

Prolly retired while his head is still attached to his neck.

Holy smokes... how much money is he walking away from? That was the richest contract ever when it was signed, he's probably still got 70+ million left on it.

The NFL, being the greed machine it is, will probably go after his signing bonus too.

It would be the Colts choice, not the NFL.

Have to say I haven't been this bummed in years. Maybe since Tim Hardaway's ACL or Magic retiring the first time. Andrew Luck wasn't just a great football player he was such a great guy. The stories about him at Stanford, real student, had all these friends who were NOT on the football team and thought it was odd that people found that unusual. the way he played having a shorter career is probably not a shock, he tended to play with reckless abandon but just really bummed for him.

They just completely rebuilt their OL too. RIP to what would’ve been a HOF career if not for bad look and poorly constructed roster.

Those injuries. The Colts never invested in an O-line and jacked up his career.

Not the best time to let the team know. Wonder why now.

Shocking. Luck is a great guy too... would always congratulate opposing players anytime they made a good play. One of the few genuinely good ppl in the NFL... sad to see him go.
