How that guy still has a job is quite baffling..

His teams constantly under achieve. Last year and this year there were "experts" that say they are the most talented team in football. Yet every year they do exactly squat.

His teams are undisciplined and dirty. His Playoff coaching results speak for themselves. WINLESS!!! Their owner make sit very clear that he is perfectly OK with average or mediocrity. No wonder Carson wanted to leave that franchise.

It was pretty clear there is absolutely no management or coaching control over the players. Ugly.

The fact that he left Jones in to return the final kickoff sealed it for me. How can you let that dude back on the field! It's crazy.

Not for nothing but it was painfully obvious they missed Dalton.

100% Irrelevant and they shoulda won without him... Marvin Lewis overall track record speaks for itself what is he 0-7 or 0-6 in the playoffs??

Well, that was his only shot at redemption. Could you even imagine if he returned that kick? Might have kickstarted Armageddon.

Marvin Lewis has done a remarkable job with the Bengals but they will probably go with a change after this meltdown.

Remarkable is quite an overstatement

They won't get rid of him. They will blame this lose as not having Dalton in it and that will save his job.

I agree, but I think that is made totally irrelevant by the fact that they had the lead, and the ball with under 2 minutes left and the disgrace that followed,,, to lose a game that way, where you have clearly totally lost control of your team,,, man I just dont see how he survives. not a good day for Bengals.

I've said this before but he's an awful coach. I don't care how he sounds in the media, with all that politically correct BS. Even before we got Carson, there's no doubt he wasted and ruined most of Palmer's career. He surrounded the dude with thugs and selfish players (Chad Johnson and TO, Pacman, who should be in jail frankly, and others).

And rather than fix the problem he let Carson sit his last year and then got rid of him. What does that tell you? When a good guy is the "worst" guy on your team and everyone around him is considered okay, that's a problem. That's internal, it's not the other players, that's coach and everyone above him.

Palmer always got a bad rap for that, but you have to give the guy some props for having the stones to **** no matter what it took.

I'm glad Cinci lost. I haven't liked Cinci in years, long before Palmer came here, long before he went to the Raiders (I actually thought he was done at that time).

Marvin Lewis is the problem. He's the one constant in all of those playoff losses. When you're leader, and when your owner, starts doing anything to win, and caters to the lowest common denominator, the overall product is going to suffer.

Burfict and Jones are dirty.

Bengals should be advancing. Burfict is known for his cheap shots and Jones has a bad history.

You're confusing Marvin Lewis with Mike Brown. Lewis is the coach and Brown is owner/GM. Palmer has always made it clear his issue was directly with Mike Brown.

OK. So just because something happened in the past means it will definitely happen again? If you have some sort of crystal ball, by all means please give me Wednesday's Poweball numbers.

Apparently your the one that can see what's gonna happen claiming had Dalton been playing they would have run away with it... Dalton is a known choker whom plays for a coach who has an 0-7 record in the playoffs and has the most undisciplined players in football... At least I have something to back up my theory something more then hope.... It's called hard numbers and facts. Anyone that tries to make excuse for that team and that coach may want to get off the reefer...
