AB being a diva and minor distraction was a given anywhere he landed, but I wasn't expecting it to be this bad of clown show. It's to the point if he doesn't get with the program he might get cut and not find a team that is willing to sign him for even the league minimum.

If the Raiders take him back it opens the door for anyone to do anything they want.

If any one of us went into our bosses office and threaten to punch him in the face we would be escorted out of the building and fired on the spot.

He needs to be released and made to sit a year. Sadly if the Raiders do what they should do I’m afraid some other team ( cowboys , pats cough cough) will sign him.

And be arrested

This situation was the second biggest topic on AZ Sports talk radio today. What really sucks is he can't be touched by NFL, only OAK if he violates the helmet regulations. If he keeps this up he's going to force his way out of NFL. Man, ARZ was rumored to be one of the teams pursuing him, Keim dodged a major bullet if true.
Keim didn't really Dodge anything, he was told by insiders around the NFL alot of bad things about the guy. Apparently from guys they trust, one of the Cardinals guys on 98.7, can't remember which one, may have been "wolf" said he asked Keim about AB, his response was basically a "hell no, we want no part of that guy".

I don't see Bill or anyone else putting up with the antics. He will put up showboating and spectacle but not the crap that disrupts the locker room and org. Maybe someone takes a flier on him with no guaranteed money so they can cut him the moment he starts to be a problem but I don't see AB signing for anything less than a mint and I don't see any teams paying it at this point.

Source: #Raiders WR Antonio Brown just issued “an emotional apology” at a team meeting this morning, just now, “with team captains standing with him.”

Don't buy it, someone got through to him he was about to be kicked out the league, but in a week or two he will be acting crazy again.

They need to suspend him and get out of the contract while they can.

Agree. The Raiders should get out of the contract if they can not that I care about the Raiders.

Complete & utter BS that not only will Antonio Clown not be suspended but will play Monday. Really? Wtf man.

So a player can threaten to hit the GM & get off Scott free? Unfreakingbelievable. :bang: Shame on Davis & Gruden. If I’m Mike Mayock I’m resigning as GM effective immediately, but that’s just me I guess

Just heard on ESPN that the Raiders only needed to suspend him for the first game to get out of the contract. He could play all the other games, but I guess it is that very first game that is the important one concerning the contract.

A clause about being on the roster opening day....he's a vested veteran and that's what seals the guaranteed contract. Also why you'll see a bunch of vets signed on Tuesday of this coming week...their contracts will not be guaranteed.

Not gonna lie, I'd still go for him despite all of this. Dude's still an absolute beast on the field and I'm a firm believer that petty stuff like this distracts from the fact that the dude is still a HOF caliber WR. The things people are calling him for are small potatoes compared to some of the poo other people got passes for. He didn't kick someone in a hotel or assault his spouse/significant other. Dude just lived out the American Dream of chewing out his dumb boss. Absolute legend. If he gets waived, Keim Time needs to go into full effect. I don't care if he's a quote unquote 'locker room cancer' or whatever. If he puts as much into it as is advertised, we gotta give it a shot.

Yelling at the GM and threatening physical harm is petty?

You want to expose a young, insecure locker room to that behavior?
