And to think, we had that travesty in AZ for 4 stinking years.
Yep. In a way I feel bad for Kliff. Didn't they force Vance on him? Sean Payton actually hired the guy.

Imagine if we had hired Payton and still had Vance. Our currently bad defense would be even worse and probably giving up 50+ a game. Glad Payton said no thanks to Bidwill.

Yes, Kliff had almost zero input on his staff. Even when Kugler was fired in Mexico, it was reported that Kliff wanted him gone much sooner, but couldn't fire him.

I guess, but this says traded or released. If they're going to release him anyway, Clark could've kept his guaranteed money and signed with whomever he wanted. Weird deal.
I'm guessing there's a trade partner already involved and their parameters dictated a lower salary. I think the only way he's released is if that deal falls apart.

So sad (not really) for Broncos fans. High hopes dashed already. I'm not sure they have as much direction and purpose than us at this point.

1) Because you have 2-3 WRs on the field at once, so it's good to have multiple good options.

2) Sometimes you draft a WR and he's Justin Jefferson; sometimes he's Michael Floyd. Sometimes he's A.J. Jenkins. You never know if you're going to draft a guy as good/better than someone who has at least proven they're an NFL player.

If this offense wants bigger bodies, especially on the outside, Courtland Sutton at 6'4" might be a schematic upgrade over Hollywood Brown even if the production is roughly similar.
All those sub 6' WR's take the jump ball right off the table.

The concern with Sutton is injury history but yes he can play.

But I seriously doubt we're in the market for players right now.

The Jeudy thing is becoming obvious. They showed a replay of a play in last nights game that was very similar to the Jets game where he didn't come back to help Wilson out. He clearly doesn't want to be there, he's not playing hard. He had a good year last year, you figured this year contract year he'd break out and it's just not happening.

I expect he'll go somewhere and play much better but it's not a good look the lack of effort is obvious.
