Ta da! My point exactly. And because of this he is suspended one game and a paycheck. Wow. Maybe the Colts should be consistent and ban alcohol sales at their stadium.

I am not surprised at the Colts/NFL discipline and neither should the punter. There was no way he was getting away with this, without discpline of some sort.

Still, it seemed like a very harmless situation, but players are held to a higher standard in the NFL. Like it or not, it is what it is, and the NFL has been consistent about it.

So if you actually drink and drive, you don't get suspended, like Braylon Edwards and everybody else.

Be responsible and not drive, get PI and suspended.
