Missed 3 games in his last 10 seasons

Hated him as a 49er, but is a 1st ballot HOFer!

Agreed, learned to hate him when he played for SF, but the guy had a fantastic, HOF career. Whoever coined the phrase “He’s a baller” had a player like Frank Gore in mind.

Should be first ballot. Historic career considering the almost end of the rb era.

He was never #1 but he was surely top 5 for a number of years.
