How? How is this guy the projected 1st overall?

He put up mediocre stats on a team that wildly under achieved, sucked on defense against a schedule that was really weak. In their biggest win of the year (@Ohio State) he didn't play.

I'm not saying he is terrible, but I don't get how this guy is even a lock for the first round.
