They had a good drive and a great chance to win the game if they got that 4th down. The Titans weren’t stopping anyone.

Which is why you kick a FG and win it in OT. The Bills are the better team. Don't give the lesser opponent the chance to win the game on one play.

Besides, even if he got the first it doesn't mean a TD is sure to follow.
