True but it’s impossible to ignore his 17-3 record! Just sayin
17-3 is cool and all, but let's not pretend like he is the main reason for that record. There at least a dozen QBs in the league that could have started those 20 games and came out with at least a similar record.

Disagree. JG is a good QB.

Top 12 QB in the NFL is a good QB
Did I say it wasn't? I am simply pointing out that he gets more credit than he deserves for his 17-3 record. He is playing on a talented team and has an awesome defense backing him up.

They’re 3-10 without him and were 0-9 before trading for him in 2017 (finished 6-1).
Probably because they didn't have good QBs filling in for him. The team is obviously going to be better when you go from a fill in QB to a legit top 10-15 QB in the league.

You make it seem like I'm saying he hasn't been a factor in winning games, but I am simply pointing out that he has only played a part in it. The biggest part is that he has good pieces around him.

I mean just look at his numbers in 2017 and tell me that those numbers scream a QB that lead his team to a 6-1 record. He is by no means carrying his team to that record and that is what you are making it sound like when you simply point to his record as some sort of proof of how good he is.

Hell John Skelton at one point was 9-4 in his career and I think we can all agree that he was never good, not even when we were winning games with him.

I dont think we appreciate how good K1 really is...

This kid is going to ball and we will win the big one.

Edit:

The Niners making GB look like newborns on the football field.

Its Aaron Rodgers so of course its never over but Kyler has looked the best out of any qb including arod so far against the Niners

Kliff of course deserves due for playcalling.

But players have to play

Shows you the level of the NFL. Rodgers and Co. looking like change channel bums on National TV. We need to get KM weapons asap

This game at the professional level is crazy. A 3-6 team looks better against the Niners than a 8-2 team

This is why I love NFL football. Professional on Professional game

Talk about an over the top man crush. :deadhorse2:

Jags and Nick Foles :biglaugh::biglaugh::biglaugh:

and Gardner Minshew III has been banished to the bench via a $70 million contract gaffe.

Jaguars' Nick Foles: Remains starting quarterback
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Coach Doug Marrone suggested after Sunday's 42-20 loss to the Titans that Foles will remain the Jaguars' starting quarterback, Gene Frenette of The Florida Times-Union reports. "We got to figure it out with the guys we have," Marrone said, when asked about a potential change under center. "You got to keep fighting. You got to keep trying."

In his first two games since returning from a fractured left clavicle, Foles has completed 68.4 percent of his pass attempts, but he's generally struggled to move the offense (6.0 YPA) while the Jaguars have lost both contests handily. Though the Jaguars now sit at 4-7 and received generally strong play from rookie Gardner Minshew earlier this season, Marrone apparently isn't ready to throw the towel in on Foles. The veteran signal caller will at least find himself in a favorable spot in Week 13, taking on a Buccaneers defense has surrendered 289.9 yards per game through the air (31st in the NFL) and 26 passing touchdowns (tied for 30th) this season.

My Post game observations;

Dwayne Haskins was posing for selfies with fans while game was still being played. Didn't make it out onto the field to take the snap and kneel for the victory play.

David Carr benched for ineptitude.

Eagles can't score. Doug was a bit premature with his bio book.

Jameis threw 2 more picks

Sean Payton was nearly bitten on the ass by his own P I challenge rule and didn't have the orbs to address it post game. Swallowed his tongue when asked.

Dolphins back in the hunt for #1 pick and it ain't for Tua.

Trubisky wins, Trubisky wins

Bills just might make the playoffs

Bungles live up to name.Lose again 0 - 11. Rudolph benched.

Jax loses to Titans, Foles sucks again, Minshew banished.

New England can't score, Cowboys can't either, weather and Pats win.

49ers humiliate Packers. Packers receivers blow. 9ers and Seahawks just eliminated teams from NFC playoffs.

Then there is tonight. Who ya got. Take the under.

I said it since I started posting here.

We should have traded up for Hollywood Brown.

Brown > Murphy/Allen

Edit: Thats not me being bias either. I feel/felt the best version of Kyler is having a guy who is a legit deep ball threat. A guy that can catch passes underneath and take them the distance as well. Hollywood's issues are only size and durability. He's not even full speed yet.

Call me crazy, but I am wrong for thinking the Cards would have a legit shot to win the NFC East if they were in that division? Didn't realize the Eagles were so bad. Dallas is obviously more talented, but I think they have a lack of faith in their HC.

I still think the 49ers have a better defense than the Ravens. We threw the ball up and down the field against them.

If we could just execute in the redzone like the Ravens...

We don't throw over the middle in the redzone enough. I don't know if thats because of how short Kyler is or not. But we don't.

Could argue AJ Brown and Deebo Samuel....

Truly hoping Isabella/Butler pan out. I am more optimistic about them than before. Just thinking about how another legit WR could have helped the offense this year. Who knows how much better Kyler and this season could have gone.

Deebo and especially aj brown would have brought us to a different record

Im one of the few, but not totally impressed so far by Byron Murphy coverage skills, but hopefully is just bad coaching and schemes affecting his performances

That WR/RB playing QB for Ravens is doing pretty good again.Eat some more crow Gil Brandt and other experts (Bill Polian) who said Lamar can't play QB in the NFL.
