Didn't seem that big of a deal
He didn't blow him up or anything remotely close to hard hitting.

The actual hit was on the hip. The RB coach got upset when Burfict appeared to follow through full strength after he dropped down to to Gio's knee.

Of course 98% of that is probably from Burfict's well-deserved reputation.

The problem was that it was a non-tackling drill. To make matters worse, Gio is coming off a Torn ACL.

Dude is a pile of garbage, but not as bad as his teammate Pacman Jones... who should be in prison.

If it was a non contact drill then I get it, otherwise it was a classic textbook tackle, hit em hip high, wrap and then drop down the legs to bring them down.

Dude is insane but he is damn good and that's one position I don't mind a crazy person at.

He does do bad stuff and he does get a bad rep at the same time.

I miss when football used to be football. There's nothing dirty about tackling a player.

In a non-contact drill with your own team, with a teammate coming off knee surgery? If you truly believe that, you don't know football.
Whatever dude, I worked for the cardinals when two a days were the rule and you had better not get in the way or piss off Mean Joe Greene(dline coach). Lomas Brown nicknamed me "Mr hustle". I traveled with the team. I carried the wires for Vince Tobin and his headset. I'm pretty sure I know a lot about football.

And those coaches would have had an aneurysm with Burfict. Non-contact drill, knee injury, player trying to hurt his own teammate. Whatever you used to do (which, yes, we'd love to hear stories), you're coming off pretty bad here.

y'all can whine all you wish.... but any runningback on my team better be expecting to get hit at all times.... dude needs to avoid old ladies in the produce section at Basha's...lower his shoulder whenever the Walmart greeter walks towards him
he was on the field...and had the ball in his hands,...and defensive players have been known to get psyched up even in practice....hell,...a red shirt even gets hit once in a while.
