Wasn't related to the injury. Just watching other qb's put in the extra effort to get key 1st downs rather than sliding short every single time. That is all.

Kyler absolutely needs to be able to do more of that not even a question… When healthy of course.

But at a quarter of $1 billion quarterback he should also be able to play and be a pocket passer to boot if needed.

I don't disagree with that at all. We've just witnessed the worst middle of the OLine play in Cards history this year and Murray just can't be successful in the pocket behind that crappy line.
