Our current LB Core is Mighty Thin/Concerning

Our ILB's are a weaker link as far as we know, but perhaps the new scheme will play to their skillsets more. Bucannon and Reddick are two recent 1st round draft picks, and a lot can be done to maximize their talents. No team is complete at all positions. Our OLB/DE's and secondary are the strengths of our defense. Down linemen and ILB's are average as far as we know. Gotta work with and around it with scheme and coaching.

I was going to post an article of his that said the same thing. He was at Cards camp & he was talking about his observations of the team.

Gil Brandt also gave similar prediction about Arian's teams early in 2013/2014. Makes me feel better about Cardinals chances after reading Brandt's article
