There are things to call out kyler for but this is not one of them. Serious hamstring injuries end seasons
But this wasn't a serious hamstring and he is a QB. Josh Allen played with an elbow injury to his throwing arm. Kyler is soft. He does not want to play knicked up and that becomes a problem when that is the expectation of every other player. Can't say winning is everything to you and sit with minor injuries when your team needs wins.

Head to head performances by QBR in Cardinals games this year.

Mahonnes 94.8 (Kyler was 52.9)
G. Smith 76.3 (Kyler was 41.4, game 2)
K. Murray 71.5 (J. Hurts was 51.5))
Stafford 62.2 (Kyler was 32.2)
Carr 59.3 (Kyler was also 59.3)
Dalton 55.4 (Kyler was 61.2)
Cousins 47.8 (Kyler was 45.9
K. Murray 42.7 (Mayfield was 6.8)
G. Smith 38.6 (Kyler was 26.7)

I think part of this is accounted for by D. Hop being out so many games, and perhaps other injuries. But its not good. The front office may cringe when they see that Gino Smith is outperforming Kyler this year, on a salary of $3.5 million. Hopefully things will start getting better for Kyler next week.

Colt MCoy is having a solid game today. Will be interesting to see where he ends up on this list.

McCoy's QBR was 70.5 today, better than all but one of Kyler's outings this year.

to a one loss team.
Doesn’t matter. Injury still effect his play today.

Call Kyler soft & all for always sliding shy of the first down or not running through tackles for the extra yard, but not playing to avoid potentially injuring his hamstring even worse is garbage behavior.

It isn't. Some guys in the NFL finds ways to navigate minor injuries and still help their teams. Others do not. When the position is the most important one on the football field, that difference matters more. It also matters when you are the position that is supposed to tell others guys to suck it up and put the team first. Hard to do when you put yourself first. Only a small number of games in an NFL season and they all matter. Different than other sports.

Josh Allen last today because a botched snap at the 1 yard line. I get what you are saying but they probably would not have been better today with Keanum.
Josh Allen had a TD/INT ratio of 1/2 with 1 of them being the game-losing INT in OT. He played a huge part of that game going into OT in the first place due to his poor play.

You can’t lie to yourself & say his poor play hasn’t been effect by his injury.

He’s already on here defending him.
Get a grip who’s defending who? I have said as much as Murray is playing like crap, that doesn’t mean Colt is better. Let Kyler sit I don’t care let’s ride with McCoy he won’t last a few games at most **** he almost was gone today. Wait till he has to play a team that has game planned for him and isn’t mailing it in like the Rams today! Some of you are delusional that Colt did something special today. He benefited from a sorry QB on the other side that couldn’t do anything, a coherent game plan that we haven’t really seen all year with a commitment to balance instead of being behind the sticks all game. Lots of stuff was different today didn’t have endless false starts and nonsense digging us into holes. **** AJ the corpse even caught the ball today! They showed up and executed simple stuff bravo, happy for the win anytime to beat the rams. But some of you just so eager to say see I told you Kyler is the problem, it’s just nonsense!
