He had 40 catches for 346 yards last season in Cleveland.

He's gotta be a #3 at best for us.

Sorry, not sure if I can edit the thread title.. it is Chansi Stucky. Off the top of my head, was pretty productive at Clemson a few years back, yes? I remember him with the Jets -- someone said Browns last year.

Thanks for fixing Mod!

From a Jets' perspective, before he was signed here:

If the Jets lost either Santonio Holmes or Braylon Edwards, they might replace either by signing a receiver to play outside. The other option would be to move Jerricho Cotchery back into a starting spot and signing somebody to man the slot. An affordable option might be a former Jet, Chansi Stuckey.
Stuckey was taken by the Jets in the 2007 Draft. He spent his rookie year sitting out hurt. He saw action in 2008 and early 2009 before being traded to Cleveland as part of the package for Braylon Edwards. Stuckey is quick and has three straight 30 catch seasons. He posted a career high 40 receptions. At times, he can find a big hole in a defense and make some big plays. He has a tendency for Week 1 touchdown catches down the middle of the field.

I like this guy. He isn't a sexy pick but he's looked very good at times and if he gets a chance to play as the #2 across from Fitz, I think folks will be pleasantly surprised.

I recall him being a very good WR in college, but hasn't done a ton so far in the NFL to think he's a huge upgrade over what we already have. But I do hope he ends up being a pleasant surprise!

is this how we replace SB & DRC !

With 4 quality RBs, a TE that can catch and one that can block I think it's safe to say this O is going to be very different this year. The traditional #2 WR won't be as critical. For this to work though the cards need a good OT. I hope this is where they plan to spend.

Stuckey's a good player. Just because he's not BRAYLON EDWARDS!!! doesn't mean he won't help us.

define "good"

(and i wasn't gonna be thrilled with braylon if that was the signing)
