My old userID (DutchmanAZ) can no longer log in. Tried resetting password but new password wouldn't work either. Can someone assist?

Thanks

So what happened? Did your get a PW reset to work or is your old password working again?

A couple others have reported this over the last couple weeks and it seems to work itself out. Not sure what is happening. I don't think an admin did anything.

I did another password reset which worked this time. I had performed the same action multiple times over the past week or so with no results. Who knows?

I couldn't log in the other day and finally had to change my password to get it to work.

Same problems with me

I couldn't login for several days. I even got a new password and it still wouldn't let me in. Finally, I was able to login with the new password.

I was unable to log in today at all.

I am only posting now because I leave myself logged in at home.

What is with all of the password resets? Second time my password has not been recognized in about a month...

OK, I have no idea what is causing this. Don't know if it is a software error or whatnot, but I asked Keebali to look into it. It does not seem rampant.

A couple of things to check first.

- Password is case-sensitive, make sure your caps lock is not turned on.

- If you are using a notebook, a lot of them don't have number pads, and sometimes the letters they use to swap out the number pad will mess it up if you have the switch flipped wrong.

A good idea is to type out your password in notepad or something where it is not starred out to make sure what you are typing is what you are expecting.

Another good idea is to always click on the "Remember Me" checkbox next to the login and password box. This will save your password on your cookie so you don't need to keep re-typing your userid and pw once it works.
