I think they'll let him have some extra time in camp and then play him against the Bears some and extensively against the Broncos.

Well we know what Kurt Warner can do. I don't think Kurt should play as long as he did last week, therefore Q1 only.

I see nothing to gain from putting Navarre out there at all. I have seen enough of him to realize he isn't going to put any W's in the Win column.

I would put Leinart in for the second qtr and most of Q3 with Davey getting the rest.

I actually thought of that. You cant tell me Dockett, Rolle and Wilson cant wait to be the first to make him see stars.

I think it will go the other way. Denny is going to make a point about missing practice, and I would bet that Leinart doesn't play at all.

We might see a lot of Navarre & Davey battling it out for the #3.

I suspect the most benefit won't be from the limited number of snaps Matt takes, but the whole process of observing the team game-plan for the Patriots and how KW and Navarre prepare for the game.

And then, during the game, being able to "be a fly on the clipboard" looking and listening as the game unfolds - will be invaluable.

Doubtful, doesn't make sense to wait this long to get a deal done on injury concerns and then throw the guy to the wolves. We'll likely play him a few plays to get his feet wet. Green isn't stupid, he's not going to put Matt at risk just to exact some revenge for the contract, he wants to win and he knows Matt is the QB of the future and that may mean he plays quite a bit later this year.

No way. That's chaotic. If Green tries to intentionally hurt his QBoF he should be publically flogged.
