That goes to show just how valuable an elite QB is.
They can do anything, get rid of anybody...and Brady makes it all irrelevant because he just wins anyways.
super jealous
They made Matt Cassel look like an ACTUAL franchise QB!!!
The system freaking WORKS.... end of story.
Did you just call Tom Brady a system QB?
I'm pretty sure he is. We will never know how he would perform under a different coach/scheme but I would venture to say not as well as he's done with NE.
and Michael Jordan was a system guy too
Dont know but without Brady they didnt get any ringsLol. Like they are the same comparison. Apples to oranges . Show me any kind of proof that Brady would succeed like he has on another team. Any proof whatsoever to support your theory.

The system work? yes
But the guy even with average receiver was able to put 5000 yards and rating over 100.00.
Brady, hands down, best decision maker in the nfl, plus he got better year by year.
Looks much younger
For example palmer is 35, but from a physical standpoint looks over 40
Brady is 39 but he plays like he is 28

I agree that Brady is a VERY good QB. I'm just not sure he would put up the same stats & have the same success with a different team. I think it's a little of both. Brady & BB were/are a perfect pairing. Cassell put up Pro Bowl numbers in the system & has done squat since. Brady is the best QB to fit BB's system.
What proof do you have that he wouldn't?? The guy is only the best NFL QB in the history of the game. I would guess that the skills he displays in reaching that pinnacle of success would mean that no matter where he played, he would've been great. Would he have as many rings somewhere else? We'll never know...
How many other "great" QB's ever won a Championship(s) or achieved greatness on more than one team?? Are all "great" QB's merely "system" QB's??

That very well could be. Only a few greats were great on more than one team. Warner was great with the Rams & the Cards but not so much with the Giants. What does that tell you?
Or as they say in Boston; WICKED, evil smaaaht! The Patriots are evil smart

I posted this in another thread, but all NE most likely receives is the 3rd round comp pick a year earlier. If they would have kept him through the season and he leaves for big money, they likely get a 3rd comp pick in the following year.
