What pisses me off more at this point is Kolb is still unavailable.

It's probably not my place to question a player's injury, but perhaps he has a little bit of a Heap mentality.

Play through pain, brother. Invest in a flap jacket

I don't know if he's got Heap mentality. He did take a beating the last two years (some of it his own fault) and did keep getting up and trying to play when he wasn't completely knocked out for the season. I really think his body just wasn't built for football.

Absolutely right because they are both horrible to the point of not even arguing if one or the other gives us even a decent chance at winning.

Sad but true. In fact we are almost to the point where we would want the QB who gives us the best chance of losing. But to heck with the draft I like seeing the Cards win on Sunday no matter the situation. The Cards would just blow the pick anyway. Our first round pick will probably be Denard Robinson of Michigan.

How does Skelton starting translate the defense into scoring 12 points?
Assume you're wondering - why 12 and not 14?

Aside from that, I can accept as reasonable - that Skelton (for all his difficulties) is 2 TD's better than Lindley.

They are both bad but it should not be a question that Skelton give us the better chance of winning. That's why I said Whiz basically quit on the team when he inserted Lindley in the game at ATL. Lindley gives the team a near zero percent chance to win. And I don't know how Whiz or the coaching staff could not evaluate this during prctice. That is why my confidence in Whiz and the staff if all but gone.

I'm thinking Mikey told Kenny he better not make him the laughing stock of the week again next week. Kenny held his breath, stomped his feet and threatened to quit. Mikey then told Kenny "Great! Then I won't have to pay you!" and Kenny stomped away as he said "Fine!".

Skelton starts.

Uh Whiz, the game is already over. The Jets won.

Are you serious? Whiz is done here.

Haven't the Cards been a pretty reliable cover the last two road games? I don't know if they were favored against the Rams.

Yeah, but the Jets knelt at the 1 allowing the Cards to cover (I'd imagine some betters were enraged at that move).

First year I can't make it to the game in Seattle this year. No regrets not going, sadly.

Whisenhunt is done but at least we as Cards fans get an ever so slight reprieve. Even though Skelton is terrible (barring injury) we don't have to sit through the complete idiocy that was the Ryan Lindley actually starting multiple games in the NFL experiment. Great call Whis.

I've always thought the Cards were too PR conscious, to the point that they let it affect their personnel decisions. They were getting hammered across the country for having Lindley in there and I'm sure Mike B. was embarassed. Thus, I agree, that he probably forced the move to Skelton on Whiz.

If the Cards had played a team like Jax last week instead of the Jets, Lindley's horrendous pefrormance would have gone unnoticed nationally and would probably still be playing. But, it was in NY and everybody noticed.

Going back to Skelton puts Whiz in a no-win sitaution. The perception will be, if Skelton would win out(not going to happen), Whiz's decision possibly cost a playoff spot. If the Cards lose out, Whiz can't coach.

I don't care what position it puts KW in. He made a stupid decision, it proved to be stupid, he stuck with it, he refused to adjust it, and it cost him a chance to break the losing streak. So, pardon me for not feeling bad for the coach who made the mistake in the first place.

I don't feel bad for Whiz either. He's making over $5 mill/year. I feel bad that the Cards may let go, who I feel is, a very good coach.
