Cody Martin last played in an NBA game Jan. 24 against Portland while he was with the Charlotte Hornets.

The small forward appears closer to being available for his Phoenix Suns debut. He's listed as questionable with a sports hernia for Friday’s game against Sacramento at PHX Arena.

Martin was with Phoenix’s G League team, Valley Suns, during Phoenix's four-game road trip rehabbing his injury and getting in some practice time. Nick Richards is also listed as questionable with a right ankle sprain after sitting out Wednesday’s loss at Houston.

Grayson Allen (left foot strain) and Monte Morris (back) are listed as doubtful.

Allen missed Wednesday’s game with left foot soreness while Morris hasn’t played since Feb. 8 at Denver.

The Suns (30-36) are two and a half games behind Dallas (33-34) for the 10th seed in the West and last play-in slot in the conference. Sacramento (33-31) is ninth in the West.
