Barbosa is going to get the start and he will see a lot of playing time for a while.

Scott Williams has been placed on the injured list for 5 games to make the trade.

B. Colongalo is on and says the trade is about the future and financial flexibility.

I just killed the other game thread, because I do think it is much better to have just one thread on the same topic. This could be ugly, but it will be interesting to see how they play tonight. If either JJ or Shawn Marion had a bad night shooting the Suns are going to lose by double digits.

suns will play real loose. Should be good to see what barbosa can do running the whole show.

I give the Suns a good shot at winning tonight, only because it's the Pathetic Bulls.

Shawn Marion MUST start playing much better. Casey Jacobsen just passed on a wide-open three-point shot. He has backed to fire lay on those shots. That is what he is here for.

Joe Johnson should be posting up every time down the floor.

I know I was positive about Casey Jacobsen for a few games this season, but he is not an NBA player. He plays decent defense, but he does nothing on offense.

Chicago is just packing the middle of the floor and giving the Phoenix Suns nothing inside.

They have only scored one basket with under four minutes left in the first quarter.

They should have placed Tom Gugliotta on the injured list instead of Scott Williams. I'm not sure what they were thinking there.

On a side note...
Today's trade must take away a little from Scott Skiles as I'm sure he wanted to win tonight in a game, not have it handed to them by an understaffed Suns squad. I guess he will just be glad to get the W. Is this on television? Could it be the only Bulls game to not be on WGN or whatever the Chicago station is?

The only positive I can see from this so far is that we got a leading scorer in exchange for Archibald. The negative is that thus far Harvey is our only scorer with minutes left in the 1st.

Suns are hanging in there.

Barbosa has scored but hasn't really distriputed the ball.

If they inch closer you never know what might happen.
